This iconic Oklahoma City Uptown restaurant is a popular gathering space for OKC’s urban dwellers. The project included a flat- roof, a pitched shingled roof and significant rooftop HVAC removal/replacement.
The flat-roof had been in a state of disrepair due to improper drainage, improper roof top HVAC systems curb placement and years of wind damage. Additionally, the restaurant’s Operations Manager had legitimate concerns about the staging of roofing equipment and materials within the confines of a small urban lot. Significant HVAC, and electrical work needed to be organized so all work could be completed within 4 days without shutting down restaurant operations.
